Refunds, Exchange, and Returns
At FlightDeck Essentials & Pilot, we pride ourselves on the high-quality gear and service we provide. But we understand that sometimes, things can go a bit sideways.
Here's our policy for those rare times when you might need a refund or exchange:
Refunds and Exchanges:
We've got your back when it comes to defective or damaged goods. Whether the product got damaged while shipping, or there 's a flaw on the products, we're here to fix it.
Items that are defective or quality issues are eligible for a full return and/or refund (product + shipping) when a request is made within 30 days from the shipped-out date. A return label will be provided.
Products, unless defective or with quality issues, are considered final sale and are not eligible for return/exchange. Each case will be evaluated by a discretionary basis.
Submission for Exchange, Return, and Refund:
If you’d like to submit a ticket, email us at ecommerce@pilotplans.com with these:
- A proof of purchase (E-Receipt)
- Brief description for exchange/return/refund
- Photo(s) and/or video(s) showcasing the issue
Once that’s done, we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.
